Dear Craig:
Just a brief note from a satisfied customer...
I was referred to you by a mutual friend John MacKay. John helped me with some design ideas about two years ago and I finally got around to installing the sod. John suggested I call you and your company.
I did some shopping around and found that Green Belt was the most expensive
among the three companies I called. The difference in price was about $100
between the lowest and highest. I chose Green Belt due to the recommendation
of John.
On Monday, I experienced something wonderful. Your folks showed up when they said they would. This is not a common occurrence as we found out over the past several years of home improvement projects! Mike and Ed installed the sod in the time frame I was given. In fact, they did it a little faster than indicated. My family was amazed at how quickly and professionally they did their work. They were very conscientious and promptly cleaned up after they were done.
Your folks on the phone said I should choose Green Belt due to the quality of the sod and invited me to come and look at it myself. I didn't have time. All the other companies said the same thing. Again, I chose you on the basis of John MacKay. When the sod was delivered, we were immediately impressed with the obvious quality of your product. It looked extremely healthy and green.
Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations. This seems to be an
increasingly rare thing today! I would be pleased to recommend your company
to any other prospective customers.
